Today ended up being a very special day in the life of our boy. He went on his first fishing adventure! A sweet church member has been inviting us to bring Robert fishing at his pond, and we were finally able to make it over. Robert had a great time.
It was tough to wait on Daddy to get everything ready to go.....
Robert said we needed to watch the bobber, and when it was "bobbering," then it was time to get the fish!

It was a whopper!
He was so proud!
He also spent a good deal of time playing with all of the dogs on Mr. Lewis' farm!
Not to be left out, Daddy got in on the fish action, too....
We stayed until sunset, and Robert did not want to leave. We will definitely do this again soon!
I saved the best pictures for last. James was trying to get Robert to come pose with the "whale," as Robert called it. This was as close as we could get him!
