Such a Ladies' Man

Robert was sent home sick from daycare on Monday morning and spent Tuesday at home.  By Wednesday, we could tell he was REALLY ready to get back to daycare.  His teachers could tell, too.

Here's his "About My Day" section of the daily report we get each evening from his teachers:

Robert was so happy to be back, he was giving all his friends hugs. 

Except for Lydia - he tried to give her an open-mouth kiss on her mouth. 

When I was showing Robert how to kiss with his mouth closed,

Lydia gave me a dirty look - I think she was looking forward to a big, wet kiss from Robert!

On a side note, we were asked to decorate a paper turkey feather to be used to make a turkey in Robert's class.  We were asked to put what we are thankful for, and what Robert is thankful for on our feather.  Ours said, "Robert is thankful for balls and noodles.  Our family is thankful for the love of family and friends."
