Some of you may not know that the first couple days of Robert's life, he was nameless. We had discussed naming him after my Dad for some time, but James couldn't decide if he wanted a "junior" or not.... So come birth day, we still had no name for our bundle of joy. He had lots of nicknames through the pregnancy, like "Junior," "Bubba," and "T-Dud" to name a few. When we decided on Robert Anthony (Anthony is James' middle name), we didn't know how many nicknames would follow! We initially started referring to him as Ray Ray. He's also been affectionately called Bobby Tony and Roberto during the span of his little life......
Despite all of the different names that Robert has heard used for him, he has been able to consistently tell us his name when prompted for the last couple of months. This week, he figured out his name had a "t" at the end. He has enjoyed running around home and daycare, pointing to himself, and calling out his name.... "BOBERT!"
as usual it is wonderful to read and update on your lives. I have copied it so Gloria can read along as well. We miss each of you and hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
