While I have been away, we have been using webcams and Skype to talk and see one another. Due to Robert's early bedtime and James' schedule, last night was the first opportunity I've had to see Robert awake and actually get to talk to him. It was WONDERFUL for me to get to see Robert and talk to him a bit. But, after a few minutes, Robert started saying, "More Elmo. More Elmo."
Robert knows that a computer has two functions. The first is to hold pictures that he loves to look at, and the second is youtube's Elmo videos! He will go up to our laptops and either say, "Elmo" or "Pictures."
Obviously, the third computer function of "Mama" was NOT enough to compete with the furry little red monster!
While I was there on Tuesday, he mentioned you 12 times and Elmo none; no competition!
