Special Love for Miss Cindy

Miss Cindy is the director of Robert's daycare program.  Robert really loves Miss Cindy, and James and I do, too!  She is wonderful with the children and has worked to make the program top notch.  In our opinion, it is the best program in town, thanks in large part to Miss Cindy!

Miss Cindy calls Robert her "gentle giant" of the daycare.  He towers above the other children in his classroom, and yet he is probably the most gentle and loving of the group.  He LOVES to give Miss Cindy hugs and kisses whenever she comes through his room.

This week, I discovered Robert has "special love" for Miss Cindy.  On Tuesday, we had a daycare board meeting, and Miss Cindy shared some Robert tales with me.  Apparently, Robert has done two things with her that I have never seen him do with anyone else.  

First, Miss Cindy said that sometimes when she enters the room and Robert is across the room from her, he will hug himself and then throw his arms in her direction as if to "throw hugs" at her. 

In addition, she reported that one day, she gave Robert a big hug, and he looked at her and said, "Mmmm!  Yummy!!!"
