Happy Saturday! Robert woke up this morning about the same time as James was coming to bed (6 a.m.). So we are trying to be quiet while we let Daddy get a little sleep. What better way to do that than to look at some videos. Robert LOVES watching videos of himself! Here are a few that I downloaded last night....
Let's start with a little Pacareena! This is not the greatest video, but toward the end of it, James got Robert to do his little Pacareena move. Pacareena is explained in an earlier post here. And no, at the end of the video, Robert does not hit anyone with his flyswatter -- he was whacking the ottoman for no apparent reason! ;-)
Back in October, we visited Grano and Boo's house (while they were out of town! ha!). This little gem was filmed in their kitchen...
Here's one for the Alford crew! On the same October visit to Jackson, Robert enjoyed riding my grandmother Agoo's old peddle car.... it brought back wonderful memories for me! Of course, he had to take a little break in the middle to sing and ride his scooter!
As I mentioned in last night's post, James is helping Robert learn his left and his right.... the lighting is not too great in this one, but you'll get the idea.
This is perhaps one of my favorite videos done recently.... First, you can see how much Robert loves to torture Macy and how much she can't stand it. Second, you get to hear the country twang that is becoming Robert's accent. Third, you get to see a little taste of a 2 year old pushing the boundaries with pulling on his puppy's ears when he knows he shouldn't! James had told the dogs to lie down before I started filming, and at the beginning of the video you can see Macy pleading with him with her eyes for James to let her get away from the kid!!!
