We got some sad news this week. The husband of our nurse paralegal at the firm was diagnosed with a large inoperable brain tumor. He is a Methodist minister who serves a church in Murray, KY (part of the Memphis Conference). His name is Robert Jetton, and his wife is Beverlyann. They are such a sweet, caring couple, and the sting of this news has been harsh, on the Armes crew as well as all people at our small law firm.
Robert will be having surgery on Tuesday to "debulk" and biopsy the tumor. They will then have to look at treatment options to see what choices he might have. There is a chance that the surgery itself could leave him in bad shape due to shifting of the brain, but we are hopeful that he will come out of the surgery with no ill effects.
