Sermon Writing

Saturday afternoons in our house are often spent with Robert and me doing some sort of activity together while James does sermon work.  Robert and I spent this Saturday with a church friend who took us on an area tour, visiting lots of great Amish farms in the area for fresh eggs, chicken, bread, pasta, milk, and other goodies.  As expected, James worked.  Before bathtime tonight, Robert went over and climbed into James' study chair, started "typing" on the computer, and said, "My work on my sermon."  A few minutes later, he looked at James and said, "I finish your sermon, Daddy!"  James was quite grateful that Robert took over that responsibility this week!
